Please choose your artwork carefully, as we do not accept returns.

Since all prints are limited edition and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is carefully printed and framed to ensure the highest quality. We are confident that you will love your chosen artwork, as it is designed to stand the test of time and become a statement piece in your home.

Damaged Artwork
Our packaging is designed to protect your artwork from any shipping-related damage. However, in the rare event that your framed print arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@artdoc.gallery with:

Photos of the damaged package, print, and certificate of authenticity
Your order number

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
