Shipping
All printing and shipping are handled by The Print Space. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK, Germany or USA studios, depending on your location. 
Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72 hours of your purchase and will usually arrive within 3-15 working days. The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Shipping Costs
Framed orders shipping to all destinations are shipped via DHL Express courier. Framed orders are charged shipping per frame unit. Framed delivery charges are per item, not per order. The shipping costs vary by country. You will see the shipping cost in your shopping cart.

Packaging
Order with confidence, knowing your framed print is securely packed and delivered with care. At Artdoc Gallery, we ensure that every framed print arrives in perfect condition. Through our print partner, The Printspace, each artwork is carefully packaged using high-quality protective materials, including reinforced corners, impact-resistant wrapping, and secure boxing. This ensures your print is fully safeguarded during transit, arriving flawless and ready to hang.

Tax Duties
If the print is being delivered to the EU
Tax (VAT) is included in the price and will be calculated at the checkout.

If the print is being delivered to the UK
Tax (VAT) is included in the price and will be calculated at the checkout.

If your print is being delivered outside of the EU
If the print is being delivered outside the EU, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. The buyer agrees they are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with importing products purchased from us when shipping internationally. All taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are not included in the shipping costs.

Secure Payment
You can pay via Shopify Credit Card Payments. They use a secure 256 bit encryption service and are 100% safe and secure.

Exchanges & Returns
We are genuinely confident that you'll love your chosen print. The
artwork will uphold the test of time and become a talking point in your household. Unfortunately, straight returns are not accepted as these are limited edition prints and are printed by order.
The packaging is extremely tough and capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys; however, in the rare event that your framed print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. Should that be the case, send us an email at info@artdoc.gallery with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number, and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Artdoc provides a platform for the photographer's creativity beyond traditional photography. Artdoc Gallery brings conceptual, experimental, mixed-media photography from visual storytelling and artistic documentary projects. Artdoc brings works of established and emerging photographers from all countries and all continents. Artdoc is always keen to discover talented photographers.

Copyrights
The artist always retains the copyright of the artwork. We have a partnership with all our presented artists for our online gallery.

Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers
Every print series is a limited-edition quantity in each size. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will not be available again. Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity from the artist by Artdoc Gallery. It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.

Framed Prints
Our framed prints are available in the colours white, black & oak. The classical frames are made of wood, and a white border will be added to your print. The artwork will fit in the frame, so it is ready to be hung on your wall. The photographic art prints are printed on one of the most beautiful and high-quality papers on the market, Hahnemühle Bamboo.

Paper - Hahnemühle Bamboo
Hahnemühle Bamboo is the world’s first FineArt inkjet paper made from 90% bamboo fibres, for a natural look and environmentally friendly paper production. The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper stands out thanks to its soft, lightly textured felt structure and sensual feel. The matt premium inkjet coating delivers excellent printing results with defined reproduction of colour and detail, particularly for warm hues and monochrome prints. Bamboo is acid- and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance. The unique combination of sustainable bamboo fibres, soft surface texture and impressive print quality gives the artwork outstanding expression and soul.

Print technique Giclée
Giclée art printing is the gold standard for photographic art. Our print partner, The Print Space, uses the latest technology to ensure that every print is of the highest quality to make colour-perfect Giclée prints for you.

A Giclée print is a high-quality archival inkjet print. The word Giclée (pronounced 'Jee-Klay' with a soft J), comes from the French verb gicler meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". Our print partner uses the latest, best-in-class Epson Sure Color P9000 printers, capable of producing print resolutions up to 1440 by 2880 DPI.

Frame & window mount styles
Your choice of black, white or oak wood frames, complete with high-quality glass. Windows are made from glass other than A1, which uses high-quality acrylic. A white border will be added to your print. The artwork will fit in the frame, so it is ready to be hung on your wall.
